No more virtual currency via SMS???

    Hello everyone!

    I've been away from the mmo for about a year now lol, and just got back recently...so while I'm still adjusting to the numerous changes (feel like a complete noob again) one of the most disheartening things is that the SMS option for virtual currency is no longer available, has it been permanently been removed? as it was the only way I recharged my account.

    So how does that work with currency? I guess I'm not getting how my cell phone ties in to this. Was there something special with a cell phone connection that a regular computer didn't get?

    I think you got charged an expensive text and got anders; essentially, your anders purchase went on your cell phone bill.

    That is correct. You entered your number, they sent you a text, you respond accepting the charges and the charge pops up on you cell phone bill at the end of the month. It wasn't a good deal for the ander either... something like two or three bucks for 1k or something like that.
