A few bugs i have noticed with PVP/pve (Not with balancing)

    Hi Programmers and players

    I have been playing a bit of pvp recently i know a few people in my guild have these issues and i am wondering if this is more wide spread and to gather some support so the programming team can have a look at it.
    (1) Singularity disappears after a 1 sec or 2.
    (2) With destruction it can effect many players in a single line. Sometimes not all players register damage (this is pretty bad considering the cooldown time)
    (3) in PVP if i get off a lightning bolt ( as there is a short delay) and then i die, if the lightning still hits the opposition it inflicts no damage.

    I am sorry if these are known issues they have been happening for 1 or 2 patches and i would appreciate you looking in to them as they are becoming a little annoying.

    theres alot of bugs which has been reported and case thrown out currently theres lag and everyone is experienceing it not just me in pvp and hod theres alot, n those above bugs u reported old not yet even fixed i wish they would start looking into bugs rather then graphics i am noticing alot of my active friends become inactive includding my self oh and another bug is when u teleport it lands u back to same spot 1-2 seconds after and ur teleport cool down starts

    I have experienced this issue many times.Thought it was just my lag.

    Adreneline for ranger class as well is sometimes not working correctly , mainly have noticed in flag, cooldown runs as normal but the skill doesnt take effect, mana is not regenerated as well as travel speed not initiated.

    I think all these "bugs" are related as well as the:

    I drank a potion and it went on cooldown but I didn't get the hitpoints and died.

    I used Dive(teleport) and it went on cooldown but I snapped right back to where I started.

    I summoned my pet and it went on cooldown but they didn't show up.


    I suspect the primary reason is the difference between client side(on your computer) processing, and server side processing.

    In order to reduce the amount of data being transferred back and forth to the server many things are taken care of by the client. I would think HP and Mana are local. When you use one of those skills, the graphics and cooldown are processed on your computer, but the fact that the guy on the other computer that killed you got his information to the server before your lightning bolt did, means YOU'RE DEAD and your computer still shows you the graphics. It may be a factor of lag, but think it could just as easily happen when you have a good connection.

    Does any of the above reduce the frustration level when it happens. Nope, not even slightly.

    Lots of brilliant Computer Sci guys on the forum that know more about it than I do. Maybe they'll have some insight.

    well i can truly say the last few week i have not experience too much lag, actually only a few mins where the entire team lags. When i am not lagging i still this these issues or bugs i think there is potentially a scripting problem. In one case Jay i agree hopefully the development team can take these issues onboard and fix then rather than non meaningful graphical enhancements.
