GoldenRetrievers - Tegan

Found on 2nd February 2014, GoldenRetrievers will grow based on friendly relationship, but without leaving professional needs of DSO players. Guild active time is between 00PM-12PM server time, means more members are online at this hours.
Our goals are:
- to be a guild with warm-friendly atmosphere.
- to be best managed guild in Tegan server.
- as part of community of Tegan server, helping to improve community of Tegan as smallest population server.

To achieve these goals, we currently planning and developing some methods (called as systems). Major systems consist of 1 or more minor system(s), which are:

• Leadership-related system:
  • A more complex leadership structure. Its more than just GM-Officers-Members.
  • Officers' Performance Rating System. Officers/GM with low performance can be demoted by members (Men, we are democratic people, we should be allowed to choose people who will lead us )
  • Promotion system.
• Members-related system:
  • Membership management: remove, recruit, recording, warning.
  • Guild events
  • Group-finding system
  • Guidances, informations, tips, strategies, and such.
• External-related system:
  • Group-finding system

We have been developing and running some of these systems even as you read this. Others are still in plans, but good thing is all plans are clearly visible as they were taken from my experiences in leading big guilds in other games (I dont mean to be arrogant).
Above all things mentioned, we will look back at our guild's capability. We will do things we capable to do, without sacrificing any element of guild.

Final thing, to make all systems happen, GoldenRetrievers needs officers who have different abilities. Such abilities are: public speaking, leading (groups), administration, knowledge in web/internet (forum, online storage, online recording, etc), relationship (internally and externally).
General requirements for officers:
- good and opened personality
- open-minded person
- active players who play between 00PM-12PM server time.

Latest addition to Members-related system:
- Training. Almost everyday we spare time for training by killing Khalys and Mortis. Destructor will have his turn. PVP training is optional.

Glad to see GoldenRetrievers guild running well in its 1st month. As a newly established guild, we are proud to be able to stand on our own feet, although without help from bigger/older guilds (thanks if you did help ). Personally, I as Guild Master want to say thanks sooo much to all officers and members who have participate and work hard in improving GoldenRetrievers.

Would the guild members help in Events and PW? I am a weak-average player who needs help to complete events and PW. But the powerful people in my guild are reluctant to help as it would give them exp and increase their levels or are just plain reluctant to help a newbie. So, Would you guys accept me in your guild and help me with that?

 

We always give help to our members, whatever they want. We do events together and farm PWs. Mostly it's HoD. Everyone can join us including you, but with the rule to join our FB group too.
Just contact me, or our GM, or any of our officers in game, when see us online, so you'll get invition.

Is this guild still active? I would be interested if it is.

 

I am a level 28 ranger and I was wondering if I could get in, im active between the hours you specify but I have trouble farming and getting done quest by my self. I have tried looking for guilds but most are all pvp and no one wants to help me .

We have space in guild, but you have to become level 30 at 1st. PM me in game, when see me online. I'm currently GM , because Tomtam can't play. I replace him.

Sorry for late reply, I seldom check forums. GR are not too active without Tomtam nowadays, to be honest. Most of players are back to their previous guilds, till Tomtam is back, so do I. You can join us anytime later.
I'm not in GR now, my Deputy isn't also there. We all wait for Tomtam's return.
