    Why was the way bonus codes applied to characters changed? Now they are given to the first character that logs in, and twice now they have been given to my alt toon, rather than the main character I wanted them on. I have contacted support, and they said exactly this:

    Big Point changed the way voucher codes are applied a week or so back. They are now activated for the first character you log into after entering the code. Don't ask me why - we know as much as you do. And we cannot change which of your characters has got the items.

    Which 'genius' developer changed this, and why? And can we get a system to at least switch the rewards back? Because it is clear support doesn't want to do anything, and is just bouncing the problem back. :rolleyes:

    I'm sorry I didn't mean the new island area I meant the chamber stuff how do we redeem the pieces to get the chests??? where do we do that I hve been to the chamber many times and see no vendor, is it not open yet? who do we go to to do it???? or do you have to go to the new island? the chamber is for everyone, so I would think there is a place for anyone at any level to go to get a chest???? please explain?

    You need to be level 45 to enter Lor'Tac. In the second city of the area you will find an NPC that gives you the equipment chest.

    Hi there i want to ask the CM's after you destroyed the Dk's tanking abilities are you considering to do something about it because now instead to be on the front line and take most of the hits we have to run and drink potions to stay alive.

    I guess there is some bug with defence, cause i can kill almost everyone with one hit and I die on one hit as well :D

    Please take a look. At this time the game is unplayable, Q6 m2 speedfarm is kinda hard if u dont use dragan set and shield, Mortis is hard too even with red we had some problems and finally arena is terrible. I as a ranger used to bear flags very easily but now I die on one hit so both team just killing each other and nobody can win. Some mages hit me with new skill up to 20k :D and I can kill best warriors with exploding arrows and precision shot.

    And what about critical hit rate? Its almost imposiblle to make 50% without quiver. I hope your team wil lthink about this and will balance the game in next months.

    Another thread about current situation, players agree that our defence is very week and dungeons are very hard.

    Before r155 we were very happy and we looked forward to new lvls and skills. Now when I have 50 lvl I dont know what to do in game, we cant farm, we cant play arena...many people saying that they will wait for r156 and changes and if its not better they will stop the game.

    After the r155, the capes starts at lvl 23. I did capes before the r155, as I had the talent, and I cant wear any of them -like the 34 lvl one, cape of wisdom and my char lvl is 37, because it still says requires lvl 40. Why is happening, while others can wear it? Is there any way to solve this problem?

    When every player gets to lvl 50 ,can he get 1 chance to change his character class because a lot of us like other class more but they just dont want to start game all over again.I really hate my dwarf haha but i just dont want to fell that all those oures on my dwarf i played for nothing...

    I don't think many people realised just how big an impact the crit nerf would have. Don't get me wrong Im still in favour of it, but it really was too severe. I'm by no means a weak character yet I'm finding PW incredibly difficult (also Mortis at level 50 is ridiculously hard) now and I imagine everyone else is.

    My suggestion would be to simply alter the critical hit rate equation so that we get a better trade-off value to percentage. At lvl 50, 5400 roughly equates to 50%. I think it'd be more palatable for 50% to be around the 4000 value mark, then work from that. Still significantly lower than we were used to, but players will find that far more amicable to their characters performance.

    Keep in mind, most of the player base went from 50% rate to 20% overnight. Already many players have either left the game entirely or gone on hiatus, simply because all their work/investment over the years to build a strong balanced character was disregarded. People lose enthusiasm - people lose faith in the game they're playing.

    Sure relatively new players and players to come won't really know the difference, but the majority of the player base has taken a huge hit.

    Please consider altering the crit equation for 156.

    i can confirmthat they fixed this as my bow went from1,580,000 for first upgrade to a reasonable amount

    Greg suggested on twitch that this is a part of a "re-balancing" ... they supposedly fixed the "relative enchantments" bug.

    1. no it is not a part of any re-balancing
    2. that relative enchantments bug has not been fixed ... i have another level 45 bow that I don't use and it still costs almost 22M GoP on level 50.
    3. Even if they were fixing something they should return our GoPs back.

    No it is not.
    My main bow that I use have 2x % faster attack speed and 2x % increased weapon damage ...
    Basically ... take out that 37 damage and put % weapon damage instead ... that is why it had slightly more GoPs value 22M ... after the R155 it has 10M. They take away from me 12M GoPs.

    in both cases the bow has changed its appearance and the name ... which is not a big deal ... but GoPs ... I want them back ... I was working hard for them for over a year.

    I can confirm two things.

    1. The upgrade cost bug for % items was not fixed, I ownat least one skull that is bugged, it is a 2+1 pink skull, upgraded to lvl49. I know I paid lots of extra glyphs for the upgrade, they were not returned back.
    2. I can confirm I lost tons of glyphs on my rings, gloves, armor, hat, and pauldrons. The upgrade cost was decreased, but glyphs not returned back.

    Also, like it was already mentioned by a number of people, something crazy is going on with block chance and amount, they seem to work incorrectly. Same about armor.

    And in general, I do not get how 38lvl centurions can now cause insane amounts of damage to lvl45 field marshals with top items/gems and tree lvls. Few days ago same people were 1 shoted as soon as they re-appear and were not able to cause more than 500 dmg if they are lucky enough to survive. 5v5 is now a joke, where everyone deals massive dmg, teleport does not stop the burn, skull is not working.

    I want to help, the problem is that it is not so easy if I have not taken the screens before r155...any clue how I can check?
    I can confirm for the buggy armor / block ...

    In my opinion, and I am sure many players would agree with me that this R155 release was too big and too many things at once.
    It came with a plethora of bugs that BP will take many months to fix.
    Most software companies nowadays getting away from doing big releases. Small frequent releases is the key.
    They are easy to develop, easy to test, easy to deploy and easier for players to adjust. Less bugs, less complains from players.

    Always remember, new features are nice, but bugs are torture.
