Can't get to watery grave

    At this moment i'm level 31 and I want to get to parallel world. I went to Jarlshofn but there's no portal to Watery grave, event on the map. I searched for Captain anne reed but i couldn't find it. What should i do?

    Watery Grave no longer exists.
    You should get to level 50 in order to unlock the Splintered City of Cardhun ... where you can take the PW quests.

    To explain further what Traki has said,
    you must be reading an old forum topic, a wiki page or something.
    With the level 50 update BigPoint has removed watery grave from the game.
    Now, in order to access Parallel Worlds, on your first character you need to reach level 50 and then move to Splintered City of Cardhun.
