    Where do I get the second cloak quest? I'm currently lvl 26 and I am still using the first lvl 11 cloak. This is probably a stupid question, but I can't seem to find the solution. Please help.

    You can pick up the second cloak quest once you reach Lvl 27 and you can equip it from Lvl 28.
