hello so I downloaded the client yesterday and have repeatedly tried to login however I never can I enter my password and click login and then the password area goes blank again consider I just made the account there is 0 possibility of my password being wrong,just incase though I used a different email address and made a new register same thing ok ok so now I try the Facebook login boom error Facebook can not process this please try again.... Am I missing something? are you guys a secret community and require a up down left right up up down a b,password upon entry into the game?

 

Click on "Forgot your password?" If you have access to the email address you created your account with, you should be able to reset the password.

 

Well, the fact that he was able to log in to post this question means that he knows his password. Otherwise, he wouldn't be here. To the OP... more details please. Also, have you tried logging in with the browser (Firefox)?

 

i'm having same problem - brand new account = new password - fresh client download - account e-mail verified ...can't log in, once I enter account name and password and hit login just get a refresh with blank password again - am wondering if has something to do with brand new account not being fully registered right away - although I can login to forum, unable to access the game?
