where are the realm fragments

is it just me or does it seem a very low realm frag drop rate. been about 2 or 3 months and i have not seen as much a a single frag. made a new char and the frags seem to be dropping left and right. go back to my main and not a single frag. my ranger must have a bug or am i missing something

 

I honestly am not sure. I get a decent Realm Fragment drop rate I suppose when I compare what I see to others. When it comes to Blue Essence drops, though, I rarely ever see it fall whereas my companions tell me it drops like rain all the time for them. This is over several months.

Actually Greg & Haruki is aware of this problem, and promised a "quick solution" as far back as last Xmas AFAIK!
The solution was to up the droprate of fragments... They even made a pic of a char surrounded by fragments on Facebook a few months back, but promises from BP is like beleiving in Santa if U ask me!

However Glesia, if it has been 2-3 months with no drops at all (I asume U are playing daily), U should write support!

-Before U do that, let me remind U that fragments only drop from monsters +/- 5 lvls from Ur own char, so if Ur a twink that only play w XPblockers, U dont get any fragments!

I drop alot of fragments and blue eccence , but I rarely get any decent gems , but yesterday I lucked out and got polished Sapphire from a random monster.

 

I am getting something like 70 - 80 realm fragments per hour.
That is a decent drop. The more you play the more you get.

i have been farming lvl 50 pw areas solo for sometime. getting decent amount of blue ess. maybe 2 frags a day. i been at 200 frags for the past 7 months lol just finnaly reached 200 frags from 187 frags 4 months ago. its like my guy has the same bug as the final cloak quest and cant get the deadly shards to finish it. its like my player was not ment to have these things. told support many times about my bug but they dont do anything but say the same EDIT over and over. then they banned me for 72h was thinking they fixed my guys bug but was like a warning to stop emailing them about my problems.

 

Dear Mr Glesia, kindly do not lie about your interactions with Support. The only time your a/c has ever been suspended is when we received reasonable evidence that your a/c was being advertised for sale. The suspension was imposed primarily to preserve the integrity of your a/c (including your stored financial details) while an investigation was launched to determine whether you had/were about to violate the BP DSO Terms and Conditions of Use or if your a/c had been "hacked". This was explained in detail to you when you contacted Support.

 

I have found that farming in Stillwater Bay works pretty well for realm fragments. Run it once in a circle and after that they start dropping more often (at least for me). It is rather boring but you can also look for Turtle and Kraken eggs.

 

Stillwater Bay is pretty good for RF farming ... fortunately I am almost always having +3000 RF and i don't need to farm that map. But I do it with my alt characters whenever I am in need of fragments.

According to Release 170, you should now have the opportunity to have more RF drops. Did you notice that change last days?

I still did not test it properly, but, at least, it was planned a drop increase.

I do see 2x 5x drops, but increasing the entrance fees for events... kinda nullifies this "improvement".

She said that the prices had been increased and its only fair.What she ment was that the real frag drop rate increase is fair as the price were increased before.

 

No Im pretty sure she said they are going to raise it again but not in 170 release. I might check the session again later.

 

I'm in agreement with ekant here. I don't remember anything indicating that the price would be going up again and we'd been promised this drop rate increase ever since there were four or five events back to back with realm frags as the entry fee. Unless you have a quote where she said it plain as day that there is another price jump coming, I just don't see it.

 

I admit to be wrong. I saw the twitch session again yet for some reason I remember hearing about increase cost but oh well I was wrong.
