How Much "Community" Ideas have been...

I want to know how many ideas from community have been put into game (NOT INCLUDING BUG/GLITCH REPORTS)

And I want to know what have been put into the game so far.

In that case you will need to hire Mr. Hercule Poirot.
Not all suggestions are coming from one forum ... they are coming from all forums.
New features are not being listed in the patchotes ... yet you expect someone to give you the complete list of implemented suggested features.
    Sure. :D

You will have to search the forums and compare all the suggestions with today's version of the game.
    You will have your answer.

Also... the forum search would need to include the old vBulletin forums which ran for the first 2 1/2 years of the game.

Tbh, current forum posts tend to give a distorted view about the dev's overall response to player requested changes. Why?, well because we tend to focus on the changes that have not been made yet, particularly the ones that have been waiting a long time.

When a community suggested change is made it gets some positive feedback immediately following release. Even then the number of positive feedback posts are far fewer than all the previous posts asking for the change. After that the change is taken for granted and forgotten for the most part.

I first played this game a bit over 5 years ago. I could not even begin to put together a list of implemented player requested changes from memory. But I could start a list of things that have been asked for many times and are still not here ;)

    Luck be with ye,

  6. That would actually be really useful. I know one lovely lad did an excellent job of this last year. It wouldn't hurt to have an update of it. Consider yourself volunteered, Mikey :D

^ only if you want to, of course. But, if you do, I will happily present it for you.

 err... umm... the operative word there was start as in begin a list. This would be somewhat biased since the things on my list are only those that I am interested in (pardon my egocentric worldview :D)

Such things as pvp suggestions (functionality not balancing... most balancing suggestions are just silly :p) have all but been purged from my mind since I have little interest in this area. The only one I can think of off the top of my head is guild wars simply because I read it in a recent post. I will be forgetting it as quickly as I can

Nonetheless, I do have an idea that might facilitate your request. I will give it ago later. New daily's are coming up in a few minutes so I gotta boogie now.

    Luck be with ye,
    Mikey,

Like they did to PVP matchmaking :)
They were listening those who were whining ... and they tightened the gap both in XP and Fame level.
So what we have got here today?
Players whining again they can't start a match or waiting way to much time for one fight.
Well you asked for it :D

This is how a match used to look like in the old days:

If something like this happens today ... they are all starting a riot immediately ... and of course it is the devs fault. But in fact they were begging the devs to change the match making like it is today. :)

Ye just might get it. :(:D

If you seach my posts, you'll find many suggestions. My greatest one, in my oppinion, has went almost totally ignored. Only me, 4 who voted yes (no votes no, no votes don't care) and 1 like was all that stired out of well over a hundred reads. Not a single reply or rebuttle or support post. Not even a snide comment.

Well, maybe it's because of the low population in Tegan, but I (KoTO I believe) have gotten almost all 14 duels played from DQ against same 2 players back to back (Field Marshals and what not), also those "balanced" teams in 5v5 are not a rare sighting in Tegan either, 3v5 as well :D. But as I said, maybe it's bound to server population and not the system itself.

So my personal experience with the matching system has been exactly what your screenshot displays, still I try my best when I have time to bother, no greater feeling than when you mop the floor with that former twink who harassed you as a newbie or win an intense match against FM :p.

Well, if I'm in a rush to complete DQ for clover I rather fight against FM than wait 10 minutes for 1v1 (Tegan's true horror story), all in all, since that still happens I guess I'd rather have unfair matches than no matches at all, but that's just my crappy personal opinion :p.

    Regards.

It is not a crappy ... but a valid one.
Those who could foresee the outcome ... have said the same. But the devs changed it to the noob's liking anyway. :D
