Dragan incorrect dmg on laser

Hi there, i noticed while using Dragan set that the laser doesn't makes 150% of my basic dmg, it is 50% indeed... so.. is it an error on Dragan display description?... or a dmg failed dmg output?

It looks like it is described as 150% per second, and in practice it definitely ticks more than once per second. so I am not sure there is an error so much as a description shorthand. It's probably something like 50% every 1/3 second or 37.5%/quarter second, which adds up to 150%/sec.

 

It is 50% damage 3 times per second for 8 seconds. I think this is to make it balanced because if it were 150% damage 1 time per second, pvp would be laser snipe fest. I think this way it is not op in pvp but fine in pve as if you can keep it on target it does 1200% base damage total.

 

It has already turned into Star Wars anyway.

And you gotta love it when you get mostly critical hits.

 

the set laser looks just like the lasers in the map making everyone jump when they see it xD can't we just choose a laser colour for our char's

I've seen the worst chain reactions you could imagine... the first jumps and triggers his beam, then all the other Damage dealers start jumping triggering their beams, the tank jumps himself right into the REAL beam (the one from dragan) and you find 3-4 dead bodies just because a freakin beam was confused.

It was happening the same with dragan's weapon and fire nova.
