    Hi,

what are the green/blue/pink/orange items that have a "Tier 1" in front of them?
What makes them diferent from the regular items? I guess that, for example, if i combine 4 tier 1 green items i get a tier 2 green item, but with what purpose? What's the benefit?

    Thank you.

you can no longer combine tiered items to get higher tier. The designation now just means the potential for higher attributes the higher tier you have with tier 4 possibly having attributes 120% of the stated max for each attribute. Once you have identified the item the tier is pretty meaningless.

    No no no.
No ... the tier means everything now.
The higher the tier is the higher the base stats are ... that means that item's enchantments would have better impact on items with higher tier.

AlexCC you can upgrade the tier on almost every item ... no matter if the item is improved, magic, extraordinary, legendary or unique.
You can upgrade regular items (green to legendary) through crafting ... you can upgrade T0 items by combining them with higher tier items.
    Example:
If you have T0 green item with 500 HP base stat and 50% increased HP on this item enchantment ... that means you have 750 HP in total from that item.
If you combine that Item with T4 green items of same type (rings with rings, gloves with gloves ...etc) you can:
    - transfer the 50% increased HP on this item enchantment onto new blue item
    - you can transfer the base 500 HP base line
    - you can upgrade the item's tier and get T4 blue item (you can get the same enchantment and same base stats but you can get only a new higher tier... this process is random. When you get higher tier your base stats are getting averaged for the new tier.)

Now ... all that is random ... it is harder to craft than unique items but it is doable.
What would the benefit be? You will get T4 blue item with higher base HP line (lets just say 1000 HP) with 50% increased HP on this item enchantment (plus one random enchantment that we won't observe in this example).
That way you are getting 1500 HP from your item ... unlike with your T0 item with whom you are getting 750 HP. (these numbers are not accurate ... just trying to make a point).
You can continue until you get legendary item ... and then you can craft it with unique item. Unique items are usually having higher base stats than regular items.
You can upgrade the tier to unique item with Soul Core and Augment Core transfer crafting (augment core transfer crafting is not implemented yet ... but it will be soon).

For more details read this guide (that guide needs bit updating ...but the basics are the same).

BTW the old way of upgrading unique items (4x same tier items = one higher tier item) is not available anymore.
