All connection attempt have failed problem

    Hi. I'm a new player. I am having problem to play the game as it got stuck at the 'All connection attempt have failed'. I have try via browser (several different browser) and the client. I have update my java. restarted my pc a few times. I also have tried to connect to all the server. Any solution on this?

    First of all - game is playable only with Internet Explorer, all other browsers don't execute java already.
    Second - start cmd and run ping grimmag.drakensang.com... and last one - ask your support if there is no connection again.

    Hey there @Unaroc ,

    It seems you have a problem with your internet connection, useless more players are experiencing the same. Let us know if anyone else has been experienced this issue.
    Could you please test your internet connection? Here is how you can do it :)

    I had similar problems the day before yesterday evening. At the same time, another member of our guild had such problems, the rest of the guys played without problems. This went on for about an hour.
    A little observation: if I go into the location for a long time (a black screen for about a minute, for example) - then in this location I will have lags (big ping, “slideshow”, drop does not rise and sells well). If I went to the location quickly - no problem.
